What is a Whole Health Coach?

A Whole Health Coach is trained to help you identify what matters most to you and works with you to set and achieve balanced goals based on your strengths, values, and identity. Together, you will explore the eight interconnected Dimensions of Wellness (below) specific to your life and develop goals and action steps to get you where you want to be.

Program Overview

Taking an integrated approach to health, your Whole Health Coach is your partner in creating a personalized path to wellness. Together, you’ll explore the Eight Dimensions of Wellness in your life, and work towards goals that help you achieve the healthy, balanced life you wish to live.

How is the Program Structured?

The Whole Health Coaching program offers six sessions with a coach to guide goal setting and develop a lasting vision for improved health and well-being. It begins with a program consultation to review your health history and ensure your success throughout the program and beyond. After your first coaching session, you’ll review and sign a Whole Health Coaching Agreement which outlines program guidelines and expectations.

Program Consultation: Personal Health Inventory Review & Biometrics Screening of 30 minutes. Coaching Session 1: Personalized Plan Development at 55 minutes. Coaching Sessions 2-5: Guided Strategy Discussions, of 55 minutes.

Note: Completion of the Whole Health Coaching Agreement is required before starting the program.
